First Issue with Black parchment spine, currant red cloth boards that remain very bright. Light extremity wear, with rubbing to spine extremities (see image). Gold Gilt front board stamping "Of the Sign of the Holy Cross", and spine Gold Gilt title bright without loss. Square, Sewn binding very tight. Publisher's black stained top edge, others uncut. The usual offset to ends, internally Unmarked. This publication formed Volume III in 'The Church and Witchcraft series' [d'Arch Smith B22; Coumont G87.3.]. First English Edition/First Issue/Ltd..
