Owner's inscription on the front free endpaper, four pages in the introduction with highlighter, 8 pages throughout book that have one word underlined, one page with a few tiny stains, soil marks. Binding is good. DJ with edge and corner wear, light dampstains on front and rear panels, rubbed. Edited by Holbrook Jackson. 288 pages. B&W illustrations by the author.
