Uniformly bound in contemporary full speckled calf, spine with raised bands, gilt lettered red and black labels, gilt rules to the boards, armorial bookplates to the front pastedowns, the first volume with the name "Hare" inscribed by an old hand. 19 folding charts to the rear of volume II. Repairs to the joints and spine ends, otherwise very good.
