With the superb b&w illustrations by John Tenniel to the Alice stories and an introduction by Alexander Woollcott. Volume wrapped in orange variant jacket featuring Tenniel illustrations. --- In Toledano G6 spine / blue cloth / gilt-stamped ML cover hex device / spine titling & decorations in gilt and light blue / blank GA style endpapers / dust jacket style Gh, verso is blank. Likely published c.1966 (interior without publication date). ML #G28.1. --- An exceptionally well-preserved copy, but with creases to a few leaves; otherwise tightly-bound, bright and unmarked.
