Longman & Co, 1827. Book. Good. Hardcover. First Edition. First Printing.. Publisher's presentation copy with "Mrs Bell, with all the Best Regards of the Publisher, J. D" to front front blank endpaper. 8vo. pp. iv, [6], 367, [5] addenda. Original early 19th century half calf with marbled boards. The boards are detatched and the spine is missing. The boards have wear to extremities. The textblock holds together well. Neat manuscript inscription to his sister on endpaper dated 1872. Some ususal occasional foxing to plates. All leaves present. Would make a very good candidate to bind usuing existing 19th century boards. .
