New Haven: Yale University Press, 1941. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good. Frontispiece portrait, with an additional plate within the text. Original blue paper-covered boards over a tan cloth spine, with a blue paper spine label and gilt stamping. Bookplate to the front pastedown. The spine is very lightly sunned; otherwise a crisp, very good copy.
