A Jenny Cain Mystery.On a hot summer day, a teenaged boy with rumpled clothes and a motorcycle knocked at Jenny Cain's door and changed her life forever. Claiming to be the biological son of her husband, Geof Bushfield, David Mayer wasn't looking for an emotional reunion. According to the Port Frederick police, David's parents died in a murder / suicide. All David wanted was for Geof to investigate since he was absolutely sure his father hadn't killed his invalid mother and then himself.
