Good. 2nd printing, good + blue cloth hardcover (no dust jacket) with pasted on illustration and gilt letter to cover and gilt letter to spine shows shelf wear that includes rubbing to cover edges, mild bumping to corners, light bit of rubbing and soil to covers, light soil at page edges, bookseller sticker at bottom of front pastedown, some spine lean, splitting at hinge of front blanks, along with some other light trace wear. 487 pages with black & whites. Still a pleasing copy of this history of the Connecticut River and its valley.
