Modest wear to wrapper extremities, some surface rubbing and creasing, with scattered foxing to text edges; a Very Good, sound copy. A substantial volume issued by the publishing arm of Rolling Stone magazine, dedicated to the history and uses of marijuana. Contents include excerpts from literature on cannabis from several countries, a history of hemp in various cultures, the Indian Hemp Drugs Commission, marijuana in America, botany and cultivation, a section on cannabis cookery, and a list for further reading. A richly-illustrated work that was reprinted many times, now elusive in the first printing.
