Apacheria ran from the Colorado to the Rio Grande and beyond, from the great canyons of the North for a thousand miles into Mexico. The conquest of the Apache Indians was important to the eventual settlement of the West. This book is still the best history on the Apache Wars. Fine in price-clipped dust jacket with sunning to spine and some minor rubbing and edgewear.
