Quarter red cloth with white paper-covered boards, 24 pp. Corners bumped, boards soiled and worn, gutter mildewed. From the estate of mystery writer L. A. Taylor (1939-1996), with her youthful signature and address on fpd, 'Bought 1948' on recto of ffep, handwritten table of contents on verso of ffep, and a doodle with the word 'Christmas' and a drawing of a sprig of holly on verso of rfep, all in blue-black fountain pen ink. The book was privately printed by paper manufacturers W. C. Hamilton & Sons, letterpress on White Laid Hamilton Victorian. Shipping weight 1 lb.. . G-/No dj. 24½ X 16½ cm.
