Dr. Gairdner accused Dr. Thom of unethical conduct in the first item. Meeting Notes contains Dr. Gairdner's motion calling for action by the association because Dr. Thom has sullied the profession by advertising and solicitations, and no doubt trying to poach Dr. Gairdner's customers, twenty of whom have their names listed.
