NY: A.L. Burt. Hardcover. Near Fine. NEAR-FINE HC, no date but circa 1900, hand-written owner's inscription dated 1903. Nearly perfect brown boards, richly decorated in orange, teal and black - with illustration of rifleman and sailors on front - rifles, sword and silver titles on spine. Binding square and solid, hinges as-new, boards clean and bright, pages lightly tanned but show no wear, everything crisp and clean, frontis illustration plus several line drawings in text. Appox. 5" by 7.5", 424 pages.
