About This Item

New York: Morgan & Lester, Publishers, 1944. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Good, though a very strong good. See description and scans. New York: Morgan & Lester, Publishers, 1944. Stated First Edition of 'Correct Exposure in Photography', by William D. Morgan & Henry M. Lester. Octavo, black and white cloth with black imprinting on front cover and spine, 126 (123 + 3 pp ads). Good; notable soiling, primarily on rear cover (see scans); front free endpaper has original owner's signature; light foxing at endpapers. Contents otherwise rather unexpectedly immaculate and bright; binding quite stout. Faint musty scent may - or may not - have completely dispersed by time of sale. Sage counsel from the two authors, experts in the title topic; illustrated with throughout with black and white photographic examples and a few equipment photographs; tables and charts as well. Useful to this day. L10n
