About This Item

From back cover: In The Cosmic Connection, Carl Sagan writes about his great adventures in:
- preparing the way for contact with intelligent beings on planets of other stars. - space vehicle exploration of the planets.
- landing instruments to search for life on Mars. - duplicating the steps that led to the origin of life on Earth, four billion years ago."

Quote from the Denver Post: "Fascinating. Carl Sagan...has received early eminence as exobiology's best-known and most articulate spokesman...his true science tales are every bit as mind-boggling as science fiction."

Very Good- condition. Blue & black cover with male and female forms. Cover shows some bumping and creases at the spine on both front and back. Back cover also has hard corner creases. Otherwise minimal edge/corner wear. Text is clean. Binding is tight (as if it was never read tight). Plenty of illustrations and photographs. This would be a nice book to have in your collection.
