With numerous photographs, floor plans and diagrams throughout. An interesting architectural work showcasing the designs and plans of cottages at the start of the twentieth century. Written by the English architectural writer and civil servant, Lawrence Weaver. The half title page is present. In the original cloth binding. Externally, smart with some shelf wear to the extremities. Fading to the spine. Bumping to the spine and light marks to the boards. Light offsetting to the free endpapers. Internally, firmly bound. Pages generally bright and clean with some light spotting towards the front and rear of the book. Very Good

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
