A testament to the ideal of justice, and an introduction to period architecture, many tourists each year visit these edifices. The late Dr. Mavis Kelsey, Sr., was founder and former chief of the renowned Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Houston. Donald Dyal at the time was head of Spceial Collections in the Stering C. Evans Library, Texas A&M.
