Covers are stained and silverfished partly obscuring the title; early phone numbers in ink on the back cover; minor toning to the contents, but generally clean. A short memoir by Hughes with in text illustration as well as many tributes by his colleagues in the ministry comprise the second half of the volume. Remarkably uncommon in commerce and OCLC locates only two institutions holding copies, not surprisingly, both are in Alabama.
