At twenty-one he was considered the best bronco buster in his part of Texas. In the 1880s he was with the Texas Rangers. The reader will also find new found heroes, Captain George W. Baylor, the Apache Kid, and Black Jack Ketchum are just a few known by Ben throughout Texas and the New Mexico frontier. Bound in yellow cloth, spine lettering gilt and brown, near fine in unclipped pictorial dust jacket, some rubbing to rear panel and edges, wrinkle near foot, numbers 9368 stamped to front pastedown and bottom of front flap, previous owner's bookplate on rear pastedown.
