About This Item

(Geneva): (Rousseau), 1972. First edition. Near fine.. Beautiful and complex livre d'artiste by the avant-garde Italian anarchist, pataphysician, and founder of the movimento d'arte nucleare. Baj's collection of screen prints, collages, and mixed media assemblages, with a connecting throughline of semi-narrative text in French. 15'' x 14.75''. Original white cardboard enclosure in embossed white leatherette portfolio in slipcase. Edition of 200; this copy out of series. With an original collage included, not numbered or signed. Issued without the LEGO cover. Very faint touches of soil to portfolio and slipcase; some scuffing to slipcase edges; the ghost of a crease to the corner of one leaf.
