Random House 1956. Book club edition (see deboss mark at bottom of rear board near spine). Dustjacket is chipped and has a few tears and dustjacket spine has faded. The front board of the book has a crease. There is some faint foxing at the top of the text block. All these descriptors are shown in the pictures. The text is unmarked and binding is tight. Even with the imperfections, it is a nice copy of this famous book.
Synopsis
