About This Item

Square large 8vo HB. pp; 349. B&W illustrations. Edges of text-block coloured red. Near-Fine in pictorial cloth, with minimal shelf-wear. Two signatures to the foot of the title page. There is a signed (By Alix Lambert) and numbered edition of this title. However, neither of the signatures is Lambert's and the book is un-numbered. I assume the signatures are of two of the contributors, although, looking through the names, there are no obvious matches. May require additional shipping costs, depending on destination.

About Books-on-Sea

I've been in the book trade nearly 40 years, starting off scouting books in London in the early 1980s, and dealing with everything from the ultra high-end antiquarian to the everyday. I have had physical book shops but, in the current climate, find it more effective to keep overheads as low as possible. I try and find the rare, the unusual, and the obscure in most subject areas. Please feel free to ask any questions.
