Inscription in Gaelic. 116pp. Profusely illustrated with photographs and line-drawings. A collection of essays on a wide range subjects; including peat, oil, clothing, diamonds, wine, wax, money, atomic energy, and more. There are a number of hand-written textual notations, which are I believe, in the hand of the author. On the publishing details page (page 4), underneath the author's printed name, is written the name 'Barbera Crook'. D/w has a few short edge tears (longest 12mm); else a near fine copy, in a near fine d/w, of a SCARCE first edition SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR. D/w now protected in a detachable, non-adhesive, clear sheaf.. Presentation Copy Inscribed And Signed. First Edition. Paperback With D/W. Near Fine/Near Fine.
