Zagreb: The Bridge, 1998. Paperback. 312p., softbound, 8x5.5 inch paperback in glossy decorated wraps. Head of spine panel has a very light bump and the back cover a couple short scratches, a sound clean copy without ownership or any other marks. Laid in, on notepaper, find a brief English message written by someone associated with the journal: "Mr. [?] asked to send you this book". The Bridge Collection, special editions. Prefatory material notes that "there are hundreds of Latin inscriptions from the later ancient and early Christian period. And from the turn of the 8th and 9th centuries in particular, when Christianity took firm root among the Croats, and throughout the Middle Ages, there are many Latin inscriptions carved in stone of secular import and, more importantly, epitaphs
