The pages are clean and the binding is tight and secure There are bumps with freying at the corners and spine top and bottom. Inside the first and last few pages have some smudges and ageing towards the edge. There is a wrinkle.crease at the top corner of the paper, and a few other finger smudges elsewhere. Also fading along the edge of the paper. No other marks, rips, tears, stains or writing. Ready to ship with delivery confirmation.
