First American edition, in the publisher's green cloth with spine lettering gilt, octavo, pp. 176. Black and white illustrations. Foxing on top edge. A nick in the cloth at bottom edge of front board (see image for our best attempt at a close-up). Dust jacket with mild shelf wear at spine ends and flap tips but protected against further wear now in a new sheet or removable Brodart.
