Macmillan and Co., 1885. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1885. Second Edition. 302 pages. No dust jacket. Blue cloth. Minor thumb marking, foxing and moderate tanning to pages. More prominent to text block edges, pastedowns and free endpapers. Light cracking, creasing an staining to gutters but binding remains firm. Pen inscription to front free endpaper. Boards have noticeable corner bumping and edgewear with mild tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has heavier tanning with soft rubbing and crushing to ends. Book has a slight forward lean. Lettering remains bright and clear.
