Book is Good condition; front cover has water damage and front endpaper and ffep stained, but the rest of the text is undamaged. Binding is tight and secure, hinges fine. 1" tear at top of spine. Edges of page block show light foxing. Interior is clean, all foldout maps intact, gilt on cover and spine show some brightness. This is volume 2 of a 2 volume set. See photo. NOT EX-LIBRARY.
