Book is solid and clean, but has foxing on end pages and inside of covers. Jacket has some edge wear (including half inch chip at head of spine), creasing, and bit of staining, but is now protected in clear mylar Brodart jacket sleeve. First edition, published October 18, 1940.. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Fair.
