Bill Pickard's copy with his bookplate on front pastedown. Inscribed by the author on the half title. 59 pages. Bill Pickard was a tireless promoter of literary ( mainly poetry ) events and societies in the North Somerset area for several decades. A published poet himself and possessed of a remarkable enthusiasm for poetry and poets. Many of his books were presentation copies from writers who had participated in the events he organised.
