About This Item
London: George Routledge and Sons Probable first edition, no date but 1881. Bound in cloth over green beveled boards with yellow sunflowers and borders, lime green end papers, 29 pp., "Engraved and Printed by Edmund Evans" on title page. Joints cracked but still holding, shaken, tape repair on title page [archival tape?], finger soil. newspaper clippings on Uncle Remus attached to the rear end papers. Not the greatest of copies but complete with Greenaway's wonderful illustrations.
