Plus thirteen plates with albumen photographs by Frederick Gutekunst. 8vo. Publisher's vibrant blue cloth with highly decorated gilt spine. #991/1000 copies. A bright clean copy, noting old tape repair to rear of title page. Includes errata slip (soiled). Cloth. Gutekunst was a significant photographer in the Philadelphia area, garnering medals at national and international exhibitions, and photographic major figures who passed through the area.
