London: Constable & Company, 1972. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" Large. Illustrated. xii, 194pp. First edition (1972). Illustrated with numeous b/w photographic plates and a colour frontispiece plate. Several maps also throughout. Gilt embossed lettering to the spine and vignette of a deer to the tail of the front board. Light bumps to the head and tail of the spine and a little soiling to the spine and head of the boards, concealed under the wrapper. A little scattered foxing to the fore edges. Clean and tight. Dust wrapper not price clipped with light fading to the spine of the wrapper. There is some creasing to the head of the wrapper and light shelf wear. A very good copy.
