About This Item
New York: Holt, Rinehart & Winston, 1983. First Edition, First Printing. . Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. ,. The third novel from the author of "A Rumor Of War," considered one of the best novels of the Vietnam War, is also about war and the competition between two photojournalists whose visions of war and how to photograph it are so opposed that somewhere between Vietnam and the battle-torn streets of Beirut it was inevitable they would make war on each other. Top edge of text lightly foxed, o/w text and boards are clean and unmarked, tight and square. The dustjacket shows only some light soiling and minor surface and edgewear, no significant flaws, not price-clipped. A collectable copy.
