Sydney: Angus & Robertson, 1934. Sixth edition. Hardcover. Good +. Hardcover in original yellow cloth boards. No dust jacket. Book is clean and solidly bound. Spine is mildly darkened and cloth is tearing at rear edge, not affecting integrity of the binding. Two map endpapers in front and one in rear. A relatively difficult book to find in an early edition. Small 8vo. 388 pp. including a glossary and seven pages of additional Idriess books from the publisher. From the estate of Donald Skinner, Canadian military collector extraordinaire, with his name penciled onto the title page. Another name is inked onto the facing page, along with an address.
