New York: Henry Holt, 1874. first american edition. Hardcover. Good +. 4 3/4 x 6 3/4 in. 402 pp. First American edition. Ochre cloth boards with black titles and designs. Blank endpapers. Condition is GOOD+ ; spine is cocked but binding tight. Covers very clean with a little surface wear. Spine very mildly toned. Corners and spine ends bumped with mild wear. Rear pastedown has a vertical crack but it doesn't appear on the exterior. Rear lower joint has a small break to the paper that does not affect the strength of the joint. Title pg and text clean, bright and unmarked. Fic. RGR.
