New York: The Dial Press, 1976. First edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very good -. 122pp. Octavo [22cm]. Maroon paper over boards, with title stamped in copper on spine and publisher's topstain. Touch of scuffing to spine ends. A few faint scratches to rear board. In a dust jacket with sunning to the spine and head of front panel. Scratching and rippling to rear panel. There are a handful of open and closed tears to the edges. Part memoir, part analysis of racial politics in American film--including "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner" and "The Exorcist.
