The overall condition of the book is FAIR: The book is bound in red cloth and in GOOD condition with rubbing to edges & covers, bumping to spine ends, bumping to corners, chipping to top corner else still bright. The binding is a bit shaken with one loose signature & one plate separated from text block, owner's insciption to FFE, occassional foxing to text. Ten steel engravings are present as issued. A case could be made for GOOD condition, but is definitely FAIR.
