A complete three volume set, in the first edition. Henry Crabb Robinson was an English lawyer and remembered as a diarist. He also was part of the founding of London University. The first volume contains details of his childhood and schooling. The second volume discusses his travels and with reminiscences of central figures of the romantic movement including Wordsworth, Charles and Mary Lamb, William Blake ad Coleridge. The third volume continues with his interesting life and acquaintances. With a frontispiece to the first volume. With adverts to the rear of the volumes. In the original cloth binding. Externally, generally smart with fading to the boards and spines and bumping to the head and tail of the spines. With a 'rules' bookplate to the front pastedown of all three volumes. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages. Good
