ALSO SIGNED AND INSCRIBED BY CEDRIC CHARLES DICKENS (1916-2006), DICKENS'S GREAT GRANDSON. Inscription reads, 'Bless you/Cedric Charles Dickens'. Both inscriptions on title-page without dedication. Alan S Watts was Honorary General Secretary, The Dickens Fellowship. Beginning with the history of that part of Kent, Alan Watts takes the reader on a guided tour ot the house. He explains how Dickens came to acquire and what happened to the family during the thirteen years of their occupancy.
