Alan S Watts was Honorary General Secretary, The Dickens Fellowship. Beginning with the history of that part of Kent, Alan Watts takes the reader on a guided tour ot the house. He explains how Dickens came to acquire and what happened to the family during the thirteen years of their occupancy.
