London: Country Life, 1927. A crsip and clean 3 volume set of the First Edition published between 1924-1927. Three elephant Folios measuring - over 15" - 23" tall. Vol l 1 262pp., Vol 2 360pp., Vol 3 340pp. Includes 51 coloured plates and many b&w photographic illustrations in the text. In green cloth hardcovers with shiny gilt lettering on cover and spine. Marbled endpapers. Spines and corners lightly bumped due to the weight of the volumes. NOT AN EXLIBRARY SET! A couple of vertical creases in the front endpapers else clean and unmarked and fresh. A Very Good to Near Fine set. Scans available upon request. . First Edition -. Near Fine.
