Cloth spine and Original papered boards (rubbed, worn and stained). Head and tail of spine neatly restored. Pages and plates are clean. Kohl's Officinellen Pflanzen appeared in 35 sections (Lieferungen) between 1891 and 1895 and included 170 hand colored plates. This volume contains the first section Lieferung 1-8 with plates 1-40 and 64 pages of text descriptions. [Nissen BBI 1086].
