Clarendon Press / Oxford University Press, 1978. First edition, hardcover, 561 pages. Neat book-plate on front pastedown, else a Very Good condition copy in original navy blue cloth binding. No textual markings whatsoever: no underlining, no highlighting, no marginal notes. This is a deaccessioned copy from an academic library so has a small number in white ink at the heel of the spine of the book and jacket, and a very small inkstamp on top and bottom edges of the text block. There are NO library pockets, date labels or any other ex-library accretions (and the small number sequence at the bottom of the jacket spine is not very noticeable). In a Very Good dustjacket (now protected in a removable mylar sleeve). A nice copy of an extremely scarce book in hardcover..
