London: Constable and Company Ltd., 1913. This is a Very Good (Minus) copy of the Third Impression (stated) of the First Edition. Olive green cloth binding with gilt titling on the spine. Clean text; xciv, 407 pages, with four pages of adverts in the rear for other Shavian works. Includes the Prefaces, which some consider almost more important than the works themselves. Armorial bookplate on the front paste-down. Spine rubbed at the margins and slightly darkened (although gilt lettering remains fine). No dustwrapper. A solid copy, but a crease along the lower front cover demands a lower rating.. Later Printing. Hard Cover. Very Good (Minus)/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
