With Tables on Chance never before published, which from mere inspection will solve a great variety of Questions. n.d - Assumed First Edition. Printed by Gye & Bain for the author. Title on spine Rouse on Chance on black calf with gilt tooled title and gilt bands, spine softly rubbed. Calf corners slightly bumped and soft rubbing. Plain brown boards mildly rubbed and faintly soiled. Light rubbed wear to some of the extremeties. Edges moderately browned and foxed. Small olde style bookplate Samuel R. Block to fep. Foxing to ffep & title page. Faint and few only pages with a few only foxing spots to the margins otherwise quite clean content. Fldg charts tidy and intact with just the odd small foxing spot(s) to margin. A Binomial Table with a 1cm closed tear at guttering. Binding is tight. 350p. First Edition. Hb. VG/None.
