1849-51 four volume hardcover set as pictured. Please note that these are ex-library archive with typical markings. Despite this and their age, they remain in very usable condition. Bindings are firm in all volumes. Brown cloth boards with blind stamped design both front and rear and gold stamping on spine are soiled and rubbed with considerable wear at edges and hinges. A small portion of the spine is missing from volume 4. Spines of volumes 2 and 4 have been reinforced with clear tape. Texts of all 4 volumes appear complete and unmarked. Many pages are mottled, a few have small tears. Includes many illustrations and fold out maps. A number of the maps are torn and one is detached from the binding. A voluminous collection of documents from the colonial period of New York. Price includes extra shipping cost due to weight. our purchase helps support our small village library. s (OF3)
