Binding lightly sunned, else tight and unmarked throughout. A Scarce Duvoisin title, illustrated by him in color and black & white. No jacket. On his way to Poppy's party, Jed meets many of her neighbors before discovering where she lives. Roger Duvoisin's bold red, yellow and blue pictures of Jed's search tell a toddler's tale with the repetition dear to small hearts and an event of major importance in their lives -- a birthday party.
