At first glance, the binding looks like vellum, but is a cloth binding in a similar colour. Over the cloth, there is a floral design to the frt. & spine, with gilt titles. (The spine has unfortunately become disoloured, & some marks to rear from normal use.) Internally, the frt. hinge is a little exposed, although remains strong & isn't failing. Rear hinge is perfect. 1905 gift inscription to verso of ffep. O/w clean throughout. Typical browning apparent to external edges. Includes supply & fitting of new correctly sized protective lyfjacket. A smart, uniquely attractive copy. Size: 12mo - over 63/4" - 73/4" tall.
