Original red cloth publisher's covers with black spine and cover lettering; also with a pictorial cover pasteon of Monticello. There is a previous owner's name and address on the first blank flyleaf, else this is a nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings. The dust jacket has a rectangular die cut opening to reveal the pictorial front cover of the book; the jacket is is missing the top portion of the top of the die cut opening and there is a chip at the top of the spine and rear cover. ; B&W Illustrations & Photos; 8vo, 8"- 9" tall; 384 pages .
