Hampton Falls Donald M. Grant Publisher Inc 1992 Signed Limited First Edition. Hardcover. A copy number 122 from among 1000 numbered copies signed by both Rick Berry and Phil Hale. This state has extra art not in the trade edition, including an original signed/numbered lithograph tipped in, plus four additional duotone plates. Oversize [about 9" x 12"] mostly color art book [over 100 full color plates], 125 pages [as opposed to the trade edition which only had 117 pages].
The book is in Near Fine condition with spine sunned and some sunning to the slipcase as shown. See Photos LR2/6E
